Wednesday will show the main character coming to terms with her psychic abilities, trying to stop a monster-killing spree that has scared the local school, and solving a supernatural mystery that has been affecting her family for decades.
The official Netflix summary says, “A sleuthing, supernaturally-tinged mystery about Wednesday’s years as a student at the strange Nevermore Academy.” Al Gough and Miles Millar, who wrote the popular Superman prequel Smallville, will write the show, which will show Wednesday as “the ultimate lone wolf.”
