What is the Swordsmith Village Arc in the Third Season of “Demon Slayer?”

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a Japanese anime TV show based on a manga series by Koyoharu Gotouge with the same name.

The anime TV series adaptation by Ufotable was announced in Weekly Shnen Jump on June 4, 2018. From April 6 to September 28, 2019, the show will be shown on Tokyo MX, GTV, GYT, and BS11.

Haruo Sotozaki runs the show, and Akira Matsushima makes the characters. The programme was made by Hikaru Kondo, and many Ufotable employees wrote it.

The show’s music was written by Yuki Kajiura and Go Shiina. No date has been set for the official release of season 3 of Demon Slayer. Production, on the other hand, will start on February 13, 2022.

What is the Story of ‘demon Slayer’ Season 3?

The story of “Demon Slayer” is about a young boy named Tanjirou Kamado, who has to take care of his family after his father dies.

He goes to the village one day to sell charcoals and make a little money. But when he got home, he found that his whole family had been killed. Nezuko, his little sister, is the only one who got away. She was turned into a bloodthirsty demon.

Tanjirou decides to get his own back, so he joins the Demon Slayer Corps and works hard to find a cure for his sister.

Season 2 of “Demon Slayer” is a re-make of Mugen Train and then the next story arc from the Entertainment District (Chapters 53 through 99).

The anime will keep showing Tanjirou’s fights with demons and his efforts to help his sister Nezuko get back to being human.

What is the Swordsmith Village Arc in the Third Season of “Demon Slayer”?

Officially, the Swordsmith Village Arc is the third season of Demon Slayer. We won’t discuss the source material here, but be assured that it will likely span chapters 100 to 127 of the manga.

Given that the Entertainment District Arc covered a comparable age range of 70 to 99, this season will probably consist of 12 episodes, give or take a few.

It should involve Tanjiro going to Swordsmith Village to obtain a new sword, barring any significant changes. As luck would have it, there is an old weapon in the village.

It’s not all that simple, though, because the story also involves the Love and Mist Hashiras and perhaps one or two Upper Rank demons.

In a broader sense, the Entertainment District finale also hinted at the likely direction the series will follow after Demon Slayer season 3.

Tengen isn’t on the board anymore, yet he’s still very much alive. He informed Iguro that Tanjiro should most likely take over for Hashira. The Demon Slayers can then finally retaliate against Muzan Kibutsuji, their ultimate goal.

How Many Episodes Will Season 3 of Demon Slayer Include?

Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc is the name of the third season of the show. Ufotable usually does its work once a year. Between Season 1 and the Mugen Train movie, there was about a year, and between the movie and the first arc of Season 2, there was another year.
