In Terrifier 2, it has been a year since Art the Clown went on his Halloween killing spree, and as the holiday gets closer, the killer returns to life and haunts the people he will kill this year. Sienna and her younger brother Jonathan talk to their mother about their Halloween plans and costumes.

When Jonathan says he wants to dress up as the murderous clown, their mother gets scared. The same clown who later shows up covered in blood at their door, sneaking up behind Sienna at a local costume store, or on the stage of a children’s show.

Sienna and her friends are planning a stress-free night of partying, but when Sienna gets a call from Jonathan, she knows something is wrong. Will Sienna be able to save her little brother, or will she become a classic, tragic final girl?

When will Terrifier 2 be released?

According to /collider.com/ Leone and the rest of the Terrifier team have announced an official release date. This comes after years of talking with studios and raising money, as well as a short break in production in 2020.

Terrifier 2 comes out in theatres on October 6, 2022, just in time for Halloween. It had its world premiere at FrightFest in late August.

Terrifier 2 The Plot

Terrifier 2 will be about Halloween night again, one year after the first movie. After being brought back to life by something bad, Art the Clown goes back to Miles County. On Halloween night, he goes after a teenage girl named Sienna and her younger brother.

The main complaint about the first Terrifier was that there wasn’t much of a story. Leone used that criticism to make the plot of Terrifier 2 more about the characters. In an interview with Halloween Daily News, Leone talked about Sienna, the main character of the movie who dresses up as an angel for Halloween.

Where can you find Terrifier 2 to watch?

Terrifier 2 will only be shown in theatres for a short time before it will only be available to watch on the Screambox streaming service.

The managing director of Screambox and Bloody Disgusting, Brad Miska, has said in the past that he is excited about the slasher finding a home on the platform and that fans are not ready for what is to come.

In the official Terrifier 2 trailer, which came out on August 24, 2022, the reanimated killer clown haunts a young woman and her little brother in the days before Halloween. The movie looks like it will be bigger and bloodier than the first one.

Art can be seen dancing, laughing maniacally, and chasing the main character while covered in blood and wearing his signature black-and-white outfit with a tiny hat and a mouth full of rotting teeth. Exactly whose? You’ll have to see for yourself to find out.

Fans had already seen a teaser trailer for the sequel, which Leone posted on his personal YouTube page in July 2020, when production stopped.

On the filmmaker’s private channel, you can also find early stills of the sequel, a look at the release of the Terrifier comic book, and the time-lapse of Art the Clown’s full prosthetic and makeup transformation, which has gotten a lot of attention.
