Season 2 of ‘Beastars’ concluded broadcasting in Japan and will debut on Netflix in July 2021, but viewers who witnessed the emotionally devastating conclusion of that season are left wondering if a third season will ever be made.
We can’t wait to see what happens to Legoshi following his epic showdown with Tem’s killer in the second season of the anime, which had some very shocking revelations.
The source material for “Beastars” is Paru Itagaki’s Japanese manga series of the same name. The anthropomorphic animal world of anime is divided into carnivores and herbivores. After Tem the alpaca was brutally murdered and eaten by an unknown assailant during the night, peace and harmony between the two groups were shattered.
In the second season, Legoshi faces off against Tem’s killer in a deadly duel. But in the following part of the novel, the consequences of his heroic deeds will catch up with him.
Can We Expect Season 3 of Beastars?
After much anticipation, season 3 of “Beastars” has been officially ordered.
An official Twitter account for the show’s creators revealed the renewal in July of last year. However, there is some unfortunate news to report. Studio Orange revealed the anime’s new logo and the news that Season 3 would be it’s last in December 2021.
Potential Release Date Beastars Season 3: When Can We Expect It?
according to chroniclesnews Beastars season, 2 concluded airing in March 2021, and the second season premiered on Netflix in July 2021. Many viewers have been wondering when Beastars Season 3 would air ever since the second season premiered. Finally, some good news for the faithful. The third season of the show was officially announced in December of 2021 after it was renewed by the creators.
Season 3 was expected to premiere in April 2022, however, that obviously did not happen. Now, sources suggest that the third volume will be released in September 2022 or the beginning of winter in the same year. Fans can start streaming the show on Netflix in early 2023.
Sadly, viewers need to take the latest season 3 rumors with a grain of salt. Sadly, the third season is also the final season for the series. This announcement has created tremendous distress amongst fans who expected there would be at least a fourth season as well.
Knowing that Season 3 of Beastars will be the series’ last, the delay in its release is understandable. There must be a satisfactory resolution to every dangling plot thread.

What is the Story of Beastars Season 3?
By looking at where Season 2 left off, we can make some educated guesses about what will happen in Season 3, and then compare that to what happened in the manga.
Later in Season 2, Tem’s murderer is exposed. The bear, Riz, was the masked assassin who killed and ate the alpaca during the night. In a bloody confrontation with Riz, Legoshi’s friend Louis gave his leg so that Legoshi could finally try meat for the first time. Because of this, Legoshi was able to gain the upper hand and ultimately triumph over Riz.
This showdown will prove to be a defining occasion in Legoshi’s development in the next seasons.
After their fight, the cops end up arresting both Legoshi and Riz. Legoshi will not be charged with a misdemeanor for eating Louis’s flesh, but he will be labeled as a predatory offender. Eating the flesh of another living animal is a severely banned act in the civilized, anthropomorphic world.
Because of his negative record, Legoshi will have a hard time getting back into his usual life. No school that does not actively discriminate against him will accept him, and no herbivore-owned business will ever hire him. The saddest part is that he would be forced to abandon Haru without any sort of explanation because he can no longer marry a herbivore.
In Season 3, Legoshi will continue to work on adjusting to his new life after the catastrophe.
